Agents & Multi-agent Systems2026
SpineAgent
An autonomous agent that operates on the object at the spine of a business.
★ Anthropic hackathon
Overview
Built for an Anthropic hackathon, SpineAgent acts on the 'spine' object of an organization: the entity that crosses functional areas and drives work through the company (here, a SalesOrder over AdventureWorks OLTP data). It runs against a PostgreSQL and pgvector store with a structured schema for its context store, skill registry, pending approvals, and an action log, giving the agent memory and a human approval gate before it acts.
Highlights
- Models the business around its root operational object rather than isolated CRUD endpoints.
- pgvector-backed context store plus a pending-approvals table for human-in-the-loop control.
